Mislav Basic

Mislav Basic conducted research on exploring the epigenetic heterogeneity of non-small cell lung cancer and modeled observed heterogeneity using patient-derived organoids at the DKFZ. He obtained a Master's degree in Molecular Biosciences, specializing in Cancer Biology, from Heidelberg University, with a diverse focus on both wet lab experiments and bioinformatics. Additionally, he holds a postgraduate diploma in Entrepreneurial Project Management from Sorbonne University. Presently, his research focuses on therapy resistance mechanisms and the tumor microenvironment in acute myeloid leukemia and multiple myeloma by employing longitudinal multiomics single-cell sequencing data.
