Isabelle Seufert

Isabelle Seufert (née Lander) worked on genome-wide association studies at Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute UK and identified clinically relevant biomarkers for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma at the DKFZ. She obtained her Master’s in Molecular Biotechnology at Heidelberg University with a strong focus on Bioinformatics. Currently, she is studying transcriptional co-regulation with multiomics single cell sequencing data. She is particularly interested in the impact of chromatin features on transcriptional dynamics at a genome-wide scale.
